All domestic shipping is done with USPS (2-3 day) and all international orders are also shipped with USPS via International Priority Flate Rate. Tracking information can be obtained online at http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm Delivery relies soley with the USPS and is completly out of the hands of Liquid E Fusion after pickup from our location. Returns & Replacements
Liquid E Fusion stands behind our products 100%. But due to health codes Liquid E Fusion cannot and will not accept any returns for any reason at any time. If you have any problems with the quality of any product(s) please contact customer service at (209) 200-VAPE or contact us by email and state the reasons clearly with the issue of the product(s). Liquid E Fusion will take into consideration of the issues and come to a fair resolution if we are at fault. If you have received a damaged product(s) or the wrong product(s) that you ordered Liquid E Fusion will send out a replacment product(s) free of charge to the customer. Due to the fact that everyone has different taste preferences it is completely out of our hands that a customer simply dislikes the flavors. We do not offer refunds, we will compensate any refund with the appropriate website store credit, we do not refund any shipping charges that occurred. Contact us if you are needing to use a Mulligan on your ejuice purchase. 
Viewing Orders
To view orders and order status please login to your Liquid E Fusion account dashboard. Order confirmations will also be mailed to your email account on file with us. If you have not received a confirmation by email please check junk mail before contacting us.
