Liquid E Fusion will take into consideration of the issues and come to a fair resolution if we are at fault. If you have received a damaged product(s) or the wrong product(s) that you ordered Liquid E Fusion will send out a replacment product(s) free of charge to the customer. Due to the fact that everyone has different taste preferences it is completely out of our hands that a customer simply dislikes the flavors. We do not offer refunds, we will compensate any refund with the appropriate website store credit, we do not refund any shipping charges that occurred. All orders received during business hours will be processed same day. Any order outside this time frame will be processed on the following business day. Liquid E Fusion is closed all major holidays. Since diacetyl has been linked to naturally occurring in some ingredients we can not guarantee it to be absent from our product. We use concentrate manufactures that claim it is not found in their flavorings, however this is not a complete guarantee. If this is a concern for you, we understand and suggest you try another company who can make/keep that promise.
